Autofitting and Transfer Utiliy

Hi all,

Does the Transfer Utility accomplish the same thing as autofitting clothes or does it do more?

Autofit basically uses the Transfer Utility with some parameters set automatically.

Ah ok! Thanks! So manually using the Transfer Utility can do much more than just autofitting. Thank you!

They both use the same system, but different parts of it,

Autofit changes the shape of the mesh using clone morphs and then uses the projection templates to rig the mesh to match the new figure.

Transfer Utility doesn't use the clone morphs, so the mesh needs to have already been made for that figure.

Unless, in the Transfer Utility, you set the Source shape and use Reverse Source Shape from Target.

    Thanks for that!
