Daz Shoe Rigging

I am currently workin on several prodcuts for Daz Studio at the moment. I am currently in the process of finishing up a shoe product however I am running into a problem. I followed a video by one of the Daz guys on how to properly setup shoes for genesis 3 female. The process works fine and the shoe looks great but once I make a new scene and load the shoe I run into a problem. The problem is that a few parts of the shoe seem to have wrinkled up. This does not happen once the shoe is done in the setup process but only once I either delete the shoe and load it back into the scene or reopen and load the shoe into the scene. Has anyone ever ran into a problem like this? I do know that if any of the shoe is intersecting the model during the transfer weight map process that a simliar issue can occur but that is not the problem. Any info granted would be greatly appreciated.
