Gen 3 for Genx2?

Now that we have Genx2 for Gen3, is there a Genx3 converter for GenX2?  What I'm clumsily asking is, I love the Gen 2 character Svengar, and would like to use Gen 3 hair and clothing with him, but they don't fit.  How can I fix this?
