I bought a hair style today that is just not good. It's for the G2F and it renders like a comb forward. Looks like my uncles hair. I hear daz is good about refunds. How do I go about doing that?
Click on 'Contact Us' down at the bottom of the page.
Select 'Open a Help Ticket'
You may need to click 'Submit a Help Request' on the next page (I don't normally see this one)
Fill in the form - I usually use "Need to return SKU xxxxx, <product name> for refund" as the subject; explain why in the Description box. The department you want is Sales Support. I usually state that store credit is acceptable (it is the 'normal' refund process anyway).
Submit after double-checking everything; you should get an email (automated) stating that DAZ got the ticket. Processing won't start until Monday, 9:00 AM Mountain (DAZ) time at the earliest. and allow 24 hours after that. You'll get another email when they finish.
Great! Thanks for the tip and store credit is fine with me! Turns out what I was looking for could have been acheived by just using a male hair style I already owned. Should have thought about that. I just hadn't ever tried that sort of kit bashing before.
