Dear DAZ... PLEASE make studio 3 available again. I have been trying to get ds4 to work for years.. I have never ever been able to make it work. I have installed it on 3 different computers.. help tickets get me nowhere.. It is the basic design of the program.. I am obviously missing something basic in my understanding, but I cannot even load a single figure without getting errors. It always says the files do not exist. Even right after installing them with your installation program. Every single item in my content library claim they are orphaned. Reinstalling them doesn't help. I thought to uninstall and start over, but studio is not listed in the uninstall list in win7.
I also struggle to even be able to see anything in the interface because all of the print is so miniscule.
if you check my account, you will see I quit buying products some time ago.. this is because there is no point when I can't use anything. I never had any problems using DS1, 2 or 3 and I dearly miss them.
I don't care if there is a lack of support for the old versions.. I just want to be able to use the thousands of dollars of content that I have purchased in the past.
BTW, I have asked in tickets for help. They only regurgitate stuff in your database.. not actually answer my issues.

Absolutely nothing has changed since version 3 as to the way libraries are mapped in Studio.
Years ago there were pages of users who requested this very thing, it got no compromise from Daz. I doubt years later this decision will reverse.
If you already own DS3 you can download and install it again, if not you are out of luck. There is no legal way to obtain it from Daz.
It may be better for you to describe the problem and see if it can be remedied. Many of us reluctantly went to DS4 because there was no choice and at the time I thought I was the last and most ardent hold out, after a few days with DS4 I had discovered it offered far more flexibility than DS3.
That being said we should start a "bring back DS4" thread and get things started DS5 comes out.
What securoty software are you using|? Are you trying to load your content through the Content Library, under Daz Studio Formats/Poser Formats, or are you using one of the other lists in Content Library or Smart Content?
