Poser python error with Daz3D product

I downloaded 1 Click M4 Face Hair for Poser by Daz3D. When I go to apply it to my M4 figure, I receive the following error: "NULL (or empty) script name past to PEPythonEngine: DoScript0."
I contacted Smith Micro and thier reply was that they were not familiar with the product. Over the last two weeks I have contacted Daz 3 times and even got a ticket number. They however have not responded except with a "we will get back to you" note and a FAQ link. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? A few months ago, it worked fine, but since reinstalling Poser 2014 I get the error. All other Daz products work fine.
I use Poser Pro 2014 and run it on Windows 7 Pro

Sounds to me like an incompatible Python/script version...was the Python engine in Poser recently updated?
This product uses python scripts for Poser version 8. The compiled scripts must be updated for it to function.
I had installed poser and it went online and automaticaly updated all the modules. Should I try and d/l another python update?
That will only make it worse. Compiled scripts (the only kind that are put out from the store) will only work with the Python version they were compiled against. So a new version of Python will break it. It needs to be recompiled against the current Python version. Scripts that get compiled when run don't suffer from this problem.
Ok, So your saying that I should download another copy of the facial hair program from Daz? Would the one that is in my online Daz3D product library dated 2 Jan, 2016 overwrite the one on my machine? I think its the same one.
Well, I re-installed the facial hair program and nothing changed. Perhaps I'm not understanding You.
If the current service release included an updated Python version, then the script needs to be compiled against that version...
As I don't have that version of Poser and don't track its updates, I can't say for sure. But it seems that the last update was sometime last year, so it should be fine, if the script was updated in January. But if there was an update SINCE January, then there is a good chance the script will need to be recompiled.
Perhaps I should just re-install Poser and not update, but then I'll screw up my export to 3ds max options
