Logging in from Daz Studio

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I'm having trouble logging in from within the program, it says "Log in failed" but i can log in from there website, am i missing something here.

    Double-check that you are entering the same email and password in DS and the site. If that's definitely correct, what security software are you using?

    I'm not aware of AVG causing issues. If you are confident you are entering your log-in details correctly you may need to open a support ticket in case there is an issue with your account.
