From the product page: "Please note Victoria 5 is only required if the product is intended to be used on Genesis. Genesis 2 Female(s) comes with V5 UV's standard, therefore Victoria 5 is not required to use this product on Genesis 2 Female(s)." Really? Than why is this happening with G2F? Obviously if I use a different UV, the Bree materials will not line up.

Okay, wait. You HAVE to load SkinBase first, (the one that has a "DO NOT CLICK" and strikeout icon on it? Not very intuitive.
Victoria 5 is required for Genesis to have the right UV set - that doesn't mean that textures using a different UV set will work, just that if you don't have the V5 UVs nothing will work.
