Finding a downloaded product in DAZ Studio 4.9 Pro.
My name is John, and I have been away from DAZ for quite some time. Today I ordered DAZ Studio Beginner to Advanced, a tutorial. I installed the product using the the install manager; and the install manager shows that it has been installed. My problem is that I am unable to find the tutorial ' parts 1 & 2 ' anywhere in Daz Studio. I have spent a great deal of time trying to find and run the tutorial without luck. I am sure that it is fairly easy to find but I am stumped. I would really appreciate help in locating the tutorial in DAZ Ztudio 4.9 Thanks in advanced for any help !!!!!

well there is tutorials at the bottom of Daz Studio it may have went there
Windows(C:)/Users/Public/Public Documents/General/ironman13/DAZ Studio Beginner.
Or something like that depending on how your PC is set up and where your runtimes are.
EDIT: You can't find or view them in Daz Studio. You need to use Explorer or some equivalent to locate the videos then an mp4 player to watch. The .opj and .mtl files are in the same folder and the video should tell you how to load those.
Here's the link to the ReadMe page and there is a link to the file list from there.
http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/21551/start
EDIT2: You can get to stuff in runtimes "General" folders buy using the "Browse to folder location" in the dropdown menu but you would still need the appropriate Reader/Player/etc to open whatever file you are after.
Hi,
I'm Paolo and I've began to use DAZ 4.9. I've installed Genesis 3 Female Expressions with DAZ IM, and I don't find the expressions in DAZ Studio when I'm looking to Expressions. I don't find them at all, even if files are in the good path. What can I do to use them ? Thanks a lot
Pack58 thanks for the quick reply, you were correct. I found the files buried in the following folder: C:/Users/Public Documents/My DAZ3D Library/General/Ironman13/DAZ Studio Beginners to Advanced. I am using PowerDVD 16 from Cyberlink to play them. Again, thanks for the great info "John" !!!!!!
The expressions will appear as new paramaters under Pose Controls in the Parameters pane with Genesis 3 Female selected, they don't have files you load manually from the content library.
Thanks a lot for your kindness, I've found it with your explanation.
