3rd party content on mac

I have tried importing third party content into Daz on my MAC laptop, however there is no "My library" or "runtime" folder to put downloads into., can someone please help me with where to put any downloads?

    when i go to place any third party content into the folders in my library like various videos tell me to, there are no props, textures etc. folders in there, only an "auto assign" folder, what could anyone suggest?
