If you are a PC member there is a Parkside series of train cars for only $1.99 each They are somewhat rusted and decayed but maybe could be retextured

There are also a few additional textures for the various parkside ones mentioned above, search for parkside in the store.

Dryjack I think has some free rails somewhere, possibly Renderosity or ShareCG, and I've seen other trains about but forget where.
