glitching render..
Gives me this before it starts..

any ideas?? fix??

My fix was always ignore. Severity 0 pretty much means it doesn't mean much of anything. Unless there is an issue with the way that displacement looks in the final I wouldn't sweat it.
No fix needed. It's telling you, if you are a shader author working on a film where saving a fraction of a second on an object that is in a lot of frames can save a lot of time/money, that the displacement bounds (how far away from the base mesh the renderer looks for displaced mesh) could be shrunk a bit. If you are a shader author and your shader is very slow to render it may be worth adjusting settings, but in practice it probably isn't an issue.
