Best program to generate replica of person

I am looking for a program, to download on a new mac, that will generate a perfect replica of a person. Idealy i would like to upload a picture of the face and make the rest. Any ideas are appreciated! Thankyou

POSER 4 or 5 had that function, except it needed a side image and a front image to reproduce a person's head and face.  I don't know if it continues to be a function in current versions of POSER.
