is there an easier way to move clothing with hands or fingers?

I am working on a real cute pic of a woman playfully raising her skirt revealing part of her underwear but to do this manually is a bit of an inconvenience as you have to dmorph the hell out of the skirt and then get the alignment looking exactly right with the hand so it actually looks like she is pulling the fabric. Is it possible to use something to make this easier? is there a sort of "fix" option where I could fix the fingers/hand to an item of clothing (in this case the skirt) and when moving the fingers/hand the skirt material moves with it like? I hope people get what I mean here. It would be really useful if this was possible.

It may be possible if you can find an OptiTex dynamic item for DS that matches your needs - then you can use a couple of invisible primitives poked through the cloth to pull it around, though you won't get real-time feedback.
