Mr. Hyde product refuses to install [solved]

I purchased the Mr. Hyde for genesis product and when I run the installer it refuses to install to the same place that I installed the genesis pack to. HELP!!!! This is ridiculous!

    What version number of DS4 (e.g. 4.5.0.114), and what's the version number of the Hyde installer?

    daz studio is 4.5.0.137, genesis starter essentials is 1.4 and mr hyde is 1.3

    What do you see when you try and install? I've been having a problem installing some of the files I downloaded in the last few days, when I looked it was because they hadn't downloaded properly - the file sizes were too small. Of course now the redownload has failed.

    Ok, I solved my issue. Turns out I had to re-install the genesis package that came with the D|S beta because somehow the genesis object went missing. Once I did that Mr. Hyde installed just fine.

    You MUST install Genesis Starter Essentials that comes with the download. Genesis is now in DUF format (not DSF), and there may have been other changes as well.
