Real Fur for DAZ Big Cat 2 for Iray?

I see Real Fur for Daz Big Cat 2 is on sale. I have Big Cat 2, but he looks horrible in Iray. I know nothing about Real Fur, Will Real Fur work with Iray? Am I stuck with a mangy looking furless Big Cat if I want to use Iray?

    Yes, but it would require either the full Look At My Hair plugin or the player and either using the fiber (in the full) or obj (both) options for the hair.

    I checked out the furrythings.com website linked at the LAMH product page, and looked over the PDF instructions there, but I don't see any mention of Iray, nor do i see any pics in their gallery there of renders done in Iray. Not to mention the last posted updates on their website is from 2014! It doesn't look promising, plus I should have mentioned I'm looking for realistic hair for Iray animations, not still images. I have a feeling this would be thowing money at a lost cause in my situation.

    Including info on Iray and upcoming updates for LAMH that will make Iray use much easier.

    Thanks for that link, I'll definitely keep my eye on that thread. I would love to be able to buy this to use with some upcoming animation projects.
