Stuck In A Cheerleader Pose

I put a G3F (V7) in a cheerleader pose where she's holding two pom poms. Then when I wanted to change her pose, i removed her pom poms and clicked Restore Figure Pose. She went to the standard T pose, but her hands and fingers remained clasped in a fist. I tried manually resetting each finger and thumb, but when I click restore figure pose again, she goes back to the fists.

I have purchased hand poses as well. I try to use those on her, but they don't work. Yet they will work on other characters in the same scene.

How do I completely reset her hands and fingers back to "normal"?

I zero out the pose normally.

What do you mean? I think that's what I am doing.

Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero figure Pose is I think the menu command. Though the problem may be that something controlling the hands is not correctly marked as a Modifier/Pose and so is being skipped by the Restore or Zero pose commands.

Note that there's a difference between Restore and Zero. When you use the Restore function you aren't necessarily returning the pose settings to what they were before — you're returning the settings to a memorised set of values, which might have been changed by applying a pose, and might or might not actually be zero.
