The lessons which I think you get downloaded with the software such as:

You can "buy" them for free if they are not automatically included

I find the best source of information is on the Forums as I prefer to read (no video's) -  Using Google rather than the forum search seems to get more relevent threads

I am more a press buttons & see what happens learner so others may have better ideas for you :)
