In Limbo trying to download and install Genesis 2 Starter Essentials

I just purchased the Urban Strap Boots for Genesis 2 female, and discover the .dsf file is missing.  Evidently i do not have the Genesis 2 Starter Essentials installed.  When i search for it in my list of products it is nowhere.  The records say i purchased it.  I tried to use the new online feature in Daz 4.9 but it just sends me to a wiki page and doesn't allow me to download the file.  I am very frustrated, i am stuck in a limbo.  I upgraded to Daz 4.9 yesterday and it otherwise seems to work.  I purchased the boots later yesterday.  How do i get the missing files?

Try typing (or pasting)

sku::16280

into the filter field in the Daz Install Manager. If that doesn't show anything, check the Show Hidden box in ready to Download. You can enter the same into the filter field in the Smart Content Products tab inside DS. If you double-click the file icon that should show it twill either start isntallation or show the installed files.

I have the same problem! I've tried re-downloading, plus the above advice but to no avail. The missing .dsf file obviously doesn't download with the product when it should. Any advice?
