There seems to be no difference between Expressions and character morphs. Load V4 into your scene and apply the expression. Then go to the GenX Tab and follow theses steps:
Select V4 via the Source Button
Mode needs to be Create Single Morph
Target needs to be Genesis 2 Female
Go to the Select Button and choose the Option Get Values from Figure in Scene
Again via the Select Button choose Transfer: On For All Non Zero Values
Click on the Transfer Button
There should be a dialouge poping up, type in the name of the expression. Pay attention to the Icon-Option, maybe you have to browse to an image. ( And probably the best thing, take a look at the screenshots in the GenX Discussion what more informations are necessary? )
Click on Accept
When the Transfer is finished, go to the Select Button and choose the Option Set All Values to Zero
After you did the first expression, reload Genesis 2 Female and check if you are pleased with the transfer result. If you are pleased with it, apply the next expression to the V4 Figure in your scene. Then proceed with Step 4 afterwards.

Never done it myself, but someone in the GenX-Discussion did: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/566327/#Comment_566327
