An error ocurred while reading the file. See log file.

I purchased the dental package and downloaded using the installer and I get the error "an error ocurred while reading the file. Please see log file." This is my first experience with Daz so I am hoping it is something simple to resolve.

When you look at the end of the log file, what does it say?

I don't have DS in front of me at the moment, but you should be able to view the log file I think from somewhere within one of the submenus towards the bottom of the help menu.  There may be lots of confusing stuff in there if you haven't viewed it before, but hopefully there will be something towards the end that you can identify is probably related to you having tried to open the file in DAZ Studio.

That usually indicates trying to apply a materials setting with nothing selected.
