Navigation tools in viewport

When i have to interact "mouse+right" the tool work slow. They have there normal behavior when i interact : up, down, left. Somebody else have issue with navigation tools? Some clue on this issue?

I have found something else this behavior hapen only when i spread the interface across my two screen. The tools work normal on single screen

Using undocking resolve my problem... Ok its fine for me but the tools have an issue...
