I get this page when I try to create an account by clicking 'login'

Which log in button did you use.  I clicked the big blue one that said log in to post, and that took me to a page where I could sign up for a new account or login if I already had one.

Ha , yes I clicked the top right one,

I failed the IQ test, I guess that's for weeding out the people they dont want on the forum!!!
