what is the best and easy way to import and transform a 2d darwing in a 3D on DAZ?

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to transform a 2D drawing into 3D without modeling it with three dimensional geometry.  Normally this is done in a 3D program.  What is it that you are trying to make?  You might want to show a screenshot.
