What is your system configuration, what version of Daz Studio are you using and can you upload a screenshot that shows what you mean by microscopic?

If you are talking about the fonts in Studio on a 4K screen - yes, they will be small, and the fix is being worked on, but probably will not happen this year.

Is there a way to enlarge the daz studio interface?

Sorry but this site isn't exactly simple to navigate. Unlike other sites, I should be able to go to my account and locate my posted threads.

If true, this is exceedingly disappointing. Studio is virtually unusable on my 4K screen, and using windows magnifier is not a practical workaround. Come on, Daz, get this corrected so it will scale properly. I've seen some nice new content in the store that I've passed on purchasing because I know I can't use it efficiently.

The Qt version (the tool set that actually builds/is the UI) DAZ is using for studio does not support font scaling; The next version of Qt does. But - this is a non-trivial change and will require a fair bit of work and a near-insane amount of testing to get everything correct. This will not hapen untril Studio version 5.<something> - I don't know if 5.0 will support the new Qt; I suspect it will. But this will mean ALL plugins will need to be re-worked for the new code base. and that will involve both DAZ and several PAs. I'm talking about Luxus, Reality, Look at My Hair, Garibaldi, and several others.

So - like I said - probably not this year.

Ah. I hadn't done enough digging to discover it was built on Qt. Still disappointing, but at least I understand the reason behind it. Thanks for the info.

I know it's got it's drawbacks but I have to use the Hollywood Blvd layout to see anything without risking back, neck and eye strain.

Don't know if it'll help with a 4K screen but have you tried it?
