Render problem

Hi! I have recently downloaded this: http://www.daz3d.com/fantasy-and-sci-fi-effects

Whatever color I choose It's always grey when I render it. How I can fix this?

This is a Poser product, and it says on the product page "This product does not work in Daz Studio without manually adjusting the material settings.".

Also, you are probably trying to render in Iray, which might botch up things additionally.

I have almost all of Jepe's stuff, and it is very easy to use. They come with shape morphs, and brightness adjustments. You can scale them up or down to your needs. If you run into a problem using them, just let me know. I am currently running a render, otherwise I would give you an example of usage.

Yes, that one should work nicely.

You'll have to be careful with the angle. You are working with a plane, so if it's not placed precisely in relation to the camera, the look will be off.

Hello everyone,

I recently bought HeroFX Alchemy and MagicFX and Hero FX Expansion Comp2 and can't make them work. It is not actually a problem with rendering, I can't even get them in the scene. I started with DS three months ago so until recently I had DS version 4.15 and got 4.16 when it was relised. I tried these 2 products only in 4.15 only. I am wondering are they too old for newer Daz updates, do I need some other product in order to get these work or is there something I should know about how to make them work and load in the scene.      

I like these products and would like to use them, but if I can't use them I would gladly return them because I don't need yet another item that doesn't work.
