Making Mirrored Poses

I have made several poses for Genesis and now wish to have some mirrored.

Is there a quick way to mirror a pose or have I got to do it manually.

    What you need is Symmetry in the Parameters tab drop down, (Shift+Y). You can set it to mirror Left and Right, or Swap L and R. It is not that difficult to learn by messing around with it.

    Hi Wendy...

    Select Genesis and then either or in the parameters pane menu select symmetry and in the dialog box change the settings according to the image below... if you don't get the exact mirror you want just adjust some of the settings to get the result you want
