Help dancing hair and breasts jiggle/shake

Rendering does auto-do some, but is there an option to make it more life-like? Or, exaggerate the amount of jello ness in a character/object?

You were absolutely help. Breast jiggle can be done with puppeteer animation layer, using premade poses of the shapes. Hair.. I might use the physics simulator plug.
