Having trouble with Modern Muse Paloma

Hi:

I bought this product:

She's a very nice skin, but after installing it, I click to apply her to genesis and it throws errors about missing files:

Could not find file: surMMtamesis100t.jpg
Could not find file: SurmMMtamesis100b.jpg
Could not find file: surmMMtamesis100d.jpg

Does anyone else have this issue? Or suggestions?

    I think you would need to drop a line to Support about this, it may be an error in the packaging.

    Did you look in the log to see where DS4 is looking for the Textures, it may just be a bad path.

    I've a feeling the supplied material settings pointed to some files from other sets for something like the lashes, or some bump or displacement stuff. I think if you click Locate to get the file browser you will find equivalent files in the Paloma folder - apply those, then save a new material preset so that you don't have to do it again. I thought I'd made a bug report on this.

    ok submitted a bug report. it is a nice skin, but the files aren't associating right
