Hello, I am making a kid book using various vender products.  I thought once I  Do I need to pay for a license from each vender in order to sell my books?

No, you do not need an additional license to sell rendered images.  Illustrations for books are covered.  You only need an additional license if you are including the mesh data...like in a video game.

You may make any 2D imagery, which includes animation; that is part of the eula with your purchase.  Book illustrations fall under this, so you should be fine.

  • HI There. Thnaks for answering this... I presume this also applies acroos the board with Artwork for CD covers. Does ity apply tio all Daz 3d models?

The artwork im creating would be heavily modified also and not using any base textures.

    Just models for Paintover.

    Thnkas for your time.

Yes that will be fine.  anything 2d is absolutely fine. (except the actual texture itself)   As you have siaid that you are not using the original textures then there is no fear of that.  LOL

  • Just to be very clear...... this includes all models avaialble on DAZ 3d by all artists?

Renders of all models sold at Daz 3D, regardless of who the vendor,   yes, as far as artwork goes.   That is what you are paying for when you buy something in Daz' store,  the license to install said model onto your computer and then render images and scenes using it/them.  That is exactly what the EULA says.

There are a couple of products sold here that involve clones of real celebrities?? which seem to have some additional commercial restrictions .... like https://www.daz3d.com/anna-marie-goddard-digital-clone

This is, so far as I know, the only exception - the other name clone, Reby Sky, did not have any such limitations on use (though if you used it in a way that infringed on her right of publicity she might be able to object, so a degree of sense and courtesy is required).
