Bug report link insecure.

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Just so you know firefox will not open the bug report link supplied in Daz3d in order to send the error log. The error says the site is not configured properly.

Daz Studio 4.9
Win 10

My mouse keeps dissapearing while using an intuos pro medium.
Graphics device HD Graphics 4600 onboard.

Says the drivers are up to date. Cant seem to find a solution to this problem on these forums. The dissapearing pointer happens when I click on the interface view cube.

    Bug reports nowadays are sent using the ZenDesk system of support tickets,  citing Tech Support as the relelvant Dept.

    Clcik on "Contact Us" from the bottom of the page. or "Help" from the top of the page.

    The security warning occurs because the old bug reporting site is forwarded to the new support ticket site, which triggers cross-site scripting warnings, but it is safe.

    you people want bug reports sent in and you can't ever get a link anywhere on this site to send them to ALL my browsers on ALL my machine refuse to go to that redirect and when I tyep "http://www.daz3d.com/redirect/bugs.php whith or with out the bugs.php the browsers ALL change it to https:// . I wasted an hour trying to fight with an automated so called smart system to NO gain what so ever so here it is you get it to where ever it has to go

     

    Oh Just so you know I was trying to put the Anjou Hair on a Gen 8 essntuals base model, tried twice and got the same crash to destop, so much for backward compatablity, I wanted to try this out before shelling out $140, $150 NZ odd for the pro bundle, not sure I'd want to buy it if I can't use what I have as it states

    While I don't have Anjou Hair, I have over a dozen of AprilYSH' hairs from Gen1 to Gen 8. I tested ALL of tehm on V8 and didn't have autofit problems with any of them. In fact, i haven't had hair autofit probelems on any of the Genesis 1 or later hairs that I've tried (about 2 dozen total over four or five PA's.

    That would suggest the problem is at your end.
