When i load a genesis character male or female base or previously created subset i am now getting cranium ridge never happened before must have clicked on something how can i stop this happening any help appreciated
In the Parameters pane go to the Currently Used group - there you will see the ridge morph. Click the gear icon on the slider and select Paarmeter Settings - is the default value non zero? if it is, for a commercial product reinstalling will probably fix it, otherwise set it to zero in the dialogue, click Accept, and then use File>Save as>Support Assets>Moprh Asset to resave just that morph. If the default value isn't non-zero then the problem is that soemthing else is driving the morph (and is prsumably non-zero) - in the Parameter Settings dialogue look to see what is listed under Controllers at the bottom and then check the morphs listed in the same way.
