Sweaty / Oily look?

Does anyone know of any way to make characters look like they are sweating, as if they have just been running, or oily as if they've been in the shower?

Either by using photoshop or a daz product? If daz, preferrably for 3delight but iray is fine

  • Hey mate. I achieve this effect by applying a geometry shell to my character and setting the geoshell shading settings to the Daz iray thin water shader and bringing the opacity of it down according to how I want it :-)
  • Does anyone know if this product significantly increases render time:

  • PS - I use this product every day for the Environmental Lighting Presets. But it also has an Oily Skin option that works nicely.

Where are those shaders?  I've read that Iray - water, water thin, and water dispersive shaders come with Daz Iray, but I can't find any of them.  Did I miss an install file?

I had trouble finding them myself so instead of using the smart content, use the content library tab and I believe it's under My Daz Library > Shader Presets > Iray (or something like that) :-)
