DS Resource Error When Starting Daz Studio *SOLVED*

I an now gettign this message when Daz Studio loads.  Any suggestions to fix it?

 

DS Resource Error

A Valid PostgreSQL CMS connection could not be established. ... Check your networkm anit-Virus, And firewall settings for conflicts

    Operating system? Security software, if any? Do you in fact have PostgreSQL installed?

    Good call Richard, i did not install PostgreSQL CMS, mostly becuase I didn't know what it was.  What is it by the way, and hey do I need it?

    Also it does not look like it plays well with Carrara 8.5:  http://www.daz3d.com/forums/viewthread/41604/

    PostgreSQL is a database engine, it is the repalcemenmt for the Valentina engine that originally drove the DAZ Content Management System but which proved to be prone to corruption. Up to DS 4.9, since the introduction of PostgreSQL (4.7?), DS has suported both but in 4.9 only PostgreSQL is being supported. I thought Rob or oen of the other developers or QA people said something about Carrara and PostgreSQL in one of the big 4.9 threads but I can't ecall what or where.
