How to export animation Poser with transparent background ?

Ive tried both Tiff and PNG sequences and it still imports with background in after effects.

Can someone please help, ive been searching on internet for days and found no tutorials. I just need a simple walk cycle animation with no background to use in AE.

Its the reason I bought Poser and I have a project to finish in days.

 

what am I missing? Help much appreciated.
