Add A Credit Card and Payment Processing Issues

I've been trying to place orders for the past 3 weeks!

Adding a payment method is in continuous fail!  Payment Processing is always busy!

Support Ticket page won't load!

What's going on!!!!

    Have you tried using a different browser?

    As Richard states, try using a different browser.  I had similar issue using firefox cc processing, with another merchant, wouldn't work.  Tried Internet explorer, worked like a charm.

    Firefox it doesn't work. We just checked and verified it which is why we sent it in to them.
