Genesis to Unity texture abnormality?

I have been working on putting genesis into unity, and for the most part,it looks almost as good as V4 did. However, there appears to be a strange texture area at the small of the models back. Does anyone know how to fix this? These images are with Rm Mylin textures, but it appears with the stock genesis lana texture as well. There are no morphs other than the basic female is set to 1.0.
p.s It's the base resolution,un-decimated.

It sounds similar to the problem I'm getting when I export as an obj using Surfaces as groups http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/7693/
