Issue with Genesis 3 and Smart Content Pane

I'm having an issue with my smart content pane. See, I've installed Genesis 1&2 and they show up on the pane just fine. Yet, Genesis 3 doesn't show up. I've installed it, too. Just like 1&2. But only 1 & 2 show up. Genesis 3 doesn't. What am I doing wrong?

What version of Studio are you using and how did you install Genesis 3? I presume you are talking about the base figures. These all come in the Starter Essentials products. Did you install Genesis 3 Starter Essentials?

If you are using Studio 4.9 I find the easiest way to find most content (unless it is quite old or doesn't have metadata at all) is in the Products tab of Smart Content rather than Files. Also make sure you don't have something incompatible with Genesis 3 selected in your scene tab OR uncheck Filter By Context in the Smart Content tabs which will show everything regardless.

I've attached a screecap of my SC showing all the Starter Essentials product packs. Note that I am in Products tab (showing All in the bottom tabs and All selected in the Category list), I have Filter By Context unchecked and, to simplify the list, I've typed starter in the filter box at the top (so it will only show products with "starter" in the name).

This is Studio 4.9.1.30 and these were all installed using DIM.

If your G3 products don't show up when you do this then I'd suspect they aren't installed correctly for some reason.
