everytime I add a character to a scene (like for example Gillian) they come not in the expected shape. Instead they look like they have nothing to eat for 4 weeks ;-)
So evertime I must Zero the Figure and apply the shape to it.
It sounds as if you have a morph that was saved with a non-zero default value. Load a plain Genesis 3 Female from the Content Library and in the Parameters pane look at Currently used - I think the defaults should be Navel and Mouth Realism HD set, what (if any) other shapes are non-zero? Does zeroing that one restore the shape to the default?
The Genesis 3 Female looks well. I found out that the Gillian Character has also set Kimmy Body and Kimmy Head to 100%. If I set this to 0% Gillian is looking good.
Try reinstalling Gillian - if the non-zero morph slipped in from something you had done that should probably clear it; if not please open a support ticket to report this as a possible bug.

Which base figure? Which application - Daz Studio? - and version?
Genesis 3, Daz Studio 4.8 and 4.9 also.

You are right!

But where did it come from?

Oh, it's not just Gillian it's every Female Character based on Genesis 3.
Maybe I try to deinstall Kimmy and do a test.
I uninstalled the Kimmy Character. Delete the Package, restart Daz3d, insert Gillian but in the Parameters I still find Kimmy Body 100%.
I do the same again, but this time looking for kimmy-files in the library. After deleting the files, reinstall kimmy all works well.
Kimmy has the right size and the other characters are shown as expected.
@Richard Thank you for you help
This Kimmy http://www.daz3d.com/fwsa-kimmy-hd-for-teen-josie-7 ? I'm not seeing the issue, try reinstalling the character now.
Yes, It's the right Kimmy.
I reinstalled and all behavior is as expected.
I can't reproduce it.
