Bell Bottoms.

While the 70's gets the label of being one of the tackiest generations (though this generation's idea of style makes the 70's almost look like formal wear), I would love to see a pair of hip hugger bell bottoms.

While not identical to your picture, this 70's Hippie outfit includes a pair of Bell Bottoms: http://www.daz3d.com/flower-power
You'll also need long sleeved unisex shirts with balloon sleeves - think 90s parachute pants but for your arms.
How about a pair of bootcut jeans? A staple in every woman's closet and yet GF2 and GF3 don't own one pair. Must have a length morph for flat and high heel shoes.
BTW would love more 70's clothing for male and females.
