Poser & DAZ Library Help

So, I want to set up my Runtimes correctly to use Studio & Poser (seperately obviously).

But how do I set up the Libraries to avoid duplicates between the Studio & Dson Libraries (starter essentials)?

Do I make 3 Libraries:

  • PzRntm (for Poser 11)
  • DS4 (for Daz Studio)
  • Dson (Products with *.ds & Poser CF)

But then where would the starter essentials go so that Dson & Studio could both use them???

In other words: how do you create the libraries if you want to use Daz Studio, Poser, and Poser/Dson? I'm not clear on where the Dson stuff goes. If I made Dson it's own RT and pointed Poser to it, that would work; but if I imported the Dson RT into Studio, it would have duplicates of all the Gen, and Gen2, Starter Essential stuff.

Thank you

There's no reason not to use the same library/content directory folder for both. To use the DSON Importer the DS files need to be in a library folder Poser is looking at, ideally the first or at least one early in the list, and the PoserCF files should be in the same library.
