Yes and no, there are two versions of each. There are DAZ Studio TriAx weight mapped versions and Poser weight mapped versions, the Poser versions will not work in Studio. Similarly clothing and other accessories will either have both Studio and Poser versions or just one or the other. Dawn and Dusk are more popular with Poser users therefore there is quite a lot of content for them that is only for Poser. If you are using Studio stick with the Genesis lines of figures.
Dusk and Dawn are great figures and the DS version works really well in DS. Unfortunately there aren't that many products available for them, and some of what was produced only works in Poser (though all the official HW items do work in both DS and Poser).
However there are converters to enable textures from M4/V4 to work with them, and it's not that hard to create clones to autofit clothes for V4/M4 or Genesis figures to them. So they are definitely useable.

Thank you. I go to other sites and I see nothing about Genesis, only V4 and Dusk/Dawn. Drives me nuts.
