Find out what skin a character is using?

Is there a way I can find out what material for skin a character is using without going through them all to find one that matches the one I'm currently using?

Select the skin with the Surface Selection Tool and go to the Surfaces Tab, hover over the Difuse Color and you'll see the name of the texture map.
Select just one surface, though, not the whole group called "Skin". For example, I like to select the face surface. When you move your mouse cursor over the little square image in the Diffuse Color channel, a larger view will appear, along with the filename.
Another way is to left mouse click on that little square image icon and select Browse from the menu that pops up. That will open the folder that contains the texture file. You can then see the other textures in the folder, which might also help you identify the skin. Just be careful to cancel back out of that window unless you really do want to change the texture (change a plain face to one with makeup, for example).
