Adjust rigging to shape

When I load a new morph on Genesis 3 and apply" adjust rigging to shape".... the mesh moves too with the rigg ( when compared with the same morph imported as obj)
Can this be avoided? I just want to adjust the bones.. not the mesh.
This problem happens when the arms are down (not in T position)
