The Last Hiro not working at all in Daz 4.9!

Dearest,
does anybody own and use 'The Last Hiro' ( http://www.daz3d.com/the-last-hiro ; , SKU:3265 ) in Daz 4.9? It does not do anyhting on my side when I use it with Hiro 3.
The Hiro 3 face and body don't morph at all when I click on The Last Hiro injections / morphs . The beard variations do actually show up on the Hiro 3 Figure./....but that is all... :(
Anyone with the same issue ?

Here is a corrected link to the product. I'm sorry, I don't own that particular product so I can't test it for you.
Are there moph dials in the parameters tab? select the character, go to parameters, then under 'model name'->Actor are different types of morphs like Full body, Real world, Head, upper, etc. Check those and see if your Last Hiro morph is in there. If it is, dial it up.
I can't remember exactly but I want to think that some injections didn't actually apply the morph, just "install" the morph dial for the character.
If you installed Hiro 3 and his moprhs and or this product via Connect, its not likely to work properly.
Figures previous to Genesis need to be installed manually or via DIM to get morphs and things to properly function (Hiro 3 being pre-Genesis). I think this is most likely the issue you are experiencing. So.. to be safe, uninstall everything Generation 3 related (head and body morphs, base figures, character sets) and reinstall them via DIM or manually. That should correct your issues.
To my knoiwledge I did not find any "The Last Hiro" morphs when selecting Hiro 3 (parts) in the Par-tab... :( But anyway, thanks for the help but I already got store credit for it. Maybe I'll ask tech-support if I can buy Last Hiro again and try some more .....

Hiro 3 and Last Hiro were installed via DIM.......Once inside Daz 4.9 they had (like all DIM articles now seem to have in Daz 4.9 after installing ) still this annoying (install) white arrow in the right upper corner of the products thumbnail. I also 'installed' them and they showed up as 'new' in Daz 4.9 but it did not work .
Do you think their should no more be the (install) white arrow in the right upper corner of the products thumbnail? Other products in my Daz 4.9 do work fine , also with this (install) white arrow in the right upper corner of the products thumbnail.

The little white arrow means it is available to install with Daz Connect. If you have already installed with the DiM, you don't have to install again with Daz Connect. Doing so will install it again in another place on your hard disk and waste space. You can ignore the white arrow if you prefer to install with DIM.
Yeah, you don't want to install both. That might have contributed to the problem.
It is an old figure, with all old figures get out of Smart Content and look for it in Content Library pane under Poser Formats.
It seems to be working fine for me -- in fact, I installed Hiro 3 using Connect and The Last Hiro using DIM, and the morphs all work fine.

Indeed, I installed all again and now the arrows are gone....but my diskspace is also gone....This feature in Daz is so confusing, why doesn't Daz just ignore the arrows when you minstall all via DIM?
Anyway, first I am trying to get rid of those double installments and then I'll try 'The Last Hiro'again.
