Shift-F11 issue

Every since I pressed Shift-F11, my Daz interface has gone crazy! To see the content, I need to Shift-F11 to see it! It makes it virtually impossible to select items manually, because to see the rest of the interface, I need to Shift-F11 again! Pleeeese, Help!

    Duh! Sorted it out myself.F3 - Defaults -Yes - Apply - Accept. Sorry!
