DAZ 4.9 not connecting to account

I am running DS 4.9 on WIN10 (64 bit). When I open the program I get the Welcome screen and I input my account data and press Connect. The program appears to be connecting (blanks the blocks) but returns to the same screen as if it's awaiting input. I had been running 4.8 without issue. The only way to get beyond this screen is to click the X to close it, forcing me to work offline.

I install everything via DIM and have Postgre SQL and the Postgre SQL from Valentina installed.

The program behaves the same way when I turn off my antivirus (Webroot)

I am connecting via wifi.

What could be preventing the connection?
