i just download the program but i can´t open any file. i can see the pictures but it seems like the file never download.

Which file, which program, how did you download it. Which OS are you using and which platform, PC or MAC. We need more information in order to help you.
Though thumbnails in the content library in Daz Studio or the Poser library panel that don't do anything usually means you are double-clicking on soem kind of preset without having the model it modifies loaded and selected.
