My Renders

I've been using Daz Studio for about a year now. If I am going to improve, I need critiques.

Here is one of my renders...

Hi, Jack, I think that render is really nice and the place invites ot explore. Some things to think about when you make renders are for one, what is the story you want to tell, that doen't always mean that there need to be people in e render, in a render like this one a door half open, a smoke to see could add to tell the story. Composition (where do I place the most important parts of my render) is an important part of that as well. I experienced it as a good trainign to participate in the new user contests, where every month a different topic is the focus of attention, and people will do a lot of commenting on your renders.

It looks good, I found the picture to be a little bright especially considering the storm clouds you have.

As Linwelly mentioned there's nothing that grabs my attention in the image.

For example if you placed a bird on the overhanging branch and then zoomed in on that, there would be something to focus on, rather than just a pretty scene.
