Little grey boxes. As far as the eye can see...

I'd purchased "Shabby Cafe" when I first discovered Daz3D, but never tried it until a few days ago. Nothing but grey boxes.

Sent in a trouble ticket, received a polite response from Emmalee. "Shabby Cafe" is an add-on pack for "Veranda Cafe", which I had never purchased. Urrrgh.

She suggested that I always check the "Required Products" list. The only problem with that is,  there is no "required products" list, the only place it hints at this is in the "Details" section: "This gorgeous room takes on a whole new look for the Veranda Cafe" http://www.daz3d.com/shabby-cafe

    You can see at the screenshot that the product page clearly states "Required Products: Veranda Cafe"

    it will always show the required products on the upper Rt hand side of the promo

    It has apparently been added. That was not there when I looked it up before writing this post. Since I sent Emmalee a message about it as soon as I saw that, someone no doubt edited it to correct the information.
